Efund for TDR filed E-Ticket

Dear SIr,

I had booked the e-ticket for 30/12 (Date of Journey) from Trivandrum CNTL (TVC) to Vadodara (BRC) on Train No. & Name: 12431/RAJDHANI EXP. But the last time of departure, TTR informed that the train was not going to VADODARA its only go up to PANVEL and also train was late more than 3 and half an hour on departure from trivandrum. So due to this reason we have cancelled the trip and file the TDR for the ticket. but the truth is that ticket cash is not yet refunded. so please do the need full for that. Ticket details are given below.
