Non-generation of e-ticket

Subject: Online booking through irctc.co.in

Respected Sir,

I would like to get your kind attention on the problems faced by me while using Internet Booking facility to book my ticket for my journey on www.irctc.co.in. IRCTC web service is a disaster. You would reach peak of your frustration booking tickets online. The server threw a message 'Unable to retrieve due to communication failure' while I was booking my ticket on 18 Oct10 through irctc.co.in. I completed all process and payment gateways charged the payment but didn't issue me ticket. I got the message from irctc “sorry for Unable to retrieve your ticket due to communication failure” and Rs 644/-was charged from my SBI A/C No. 63000152115.

So, I request you sir please look in to this matter to issue me either journey ticket or deposit the same amount in my SBI A/C .Required documents is attached herewith.

My name is Bijay Shankar Choudhary, I had just made an online tkt reservation on 18 oct-10 for 2 tkts for the train no 1106 PRATHAM S SNGRM for 12 nov, vide transaction details 0264108469IG31353166 TRANSFER TO 30338422541 SBI I.R.C.T.C. COLLECT, against which i was transferred to SBI bank site and made a payment of Rs 644 [Six hundred and forty-four], the amount has been deducted but the next page that gives me the ERS did not load and a message [SERVICE UNAVAILABLE] was diplayed, i closed it and then checked my booked tkts history and there is no tkt there.but the amount has been deducted from my account in SBI,

This is ridiculous now i got to pay again for the same tkt??

Well this is also one way how IRCTC makes profit, right???
