Dear All,

My name is sandeep i have booked railway ticket on IRCTC for my wife from Hyderabad to Chennai with PNR Number : 1253520590 when she carried ticket to board the train she was told that the train ticket is invalid and was not allowed to board the train, when requested to board the train she was told to pay Rs.550 which is not at all fare and when tried to cancel the ticket i was told that the ticket cannot be cancelled due to chart prepared on contacting customer care on the numbers the number does not exist. this is how IRCTS is working and giving the most efficient service. I request the concern department to take necessary action against the organisation.
