Water Not available in Sleeper Coach

Sir,

I have informed to Gaurd & TTE of Train no 11017 & 11018 (To & Fro) Chalukya Express Journey dt 11.02.2011 regarding non availibility of water in S2 & S6 Couch.

Despite of request made to them they informed to Control room, But there is no action taken in next stations.

Why water facility is neglected??

Or is this way to boost the water bottle sale through onboard vendors.
