TDR REFUND

Dear Sir,

My TDR is got rejected by irctc by giving the reason that passenger travelled on this ticket, As I raised TDR by giving the reason that train was late more than 3 hours but they said passenger travelled, not concidered late status of train. My objection is that yes we travelled but as per the railway rules we must get the refund if the train is late more than 3 hours .as you please check the record the train was late almost 7 hrs and came at akola junction at around 2.30 am in the morning. If my point is about late status how can they said you travelled, it is some what just reply without seeing any details given by me I have all the valid details with me I think railway officals replied without understanding the matter.
