IRCTC (Indian Railways)
No refund for calcelled ticket

Hi,

I had a ticket with PNR no: 4439639811 which I had cancelled on 17-04 through IRCTC. The booking and cancellation were both done from the same website. The refund status shows that refund has been made but my bank account still remains uncredited. The transaction ID for the same is 0475171444 and reciept number shown is 211164533569. The refund date is being shown as 20-04.

Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
