IRCTC I TICKET
I Ticket Booked on 3 rd Feb is not delivered yet already it has been 12 days

I had booked a I Ticket on 3rd Feb from www.irctc.co.in, it was supposed to be delivered within 2 working days, but now it has already been 12 days & it is not delivered yet.

The ticket was supposed to be delivered at following location:

D/214, Gali No. 53,

Mahavir Enclave Part 3,

Uttam Nagar, New Delhi - 59.

I contacted the Overnite Express Couriers Service person named Deepak (Mob: 91-9250947142), who is responsible for delivery in Uttam Nagar area. I called him 4 times, out of which 2 times he said that he will deliver the ticket tomorrow. Finally he gave me another mobile no of a person named Santosh (Mob: 91-9266309484) & told me to check the status of the ticket. When I called Santosh he told me to come & collect the ticket from his office".
