No one responds at IRCTC helpline numbers

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was trying to book a ticket for my parents from Bangalore to Howrah, by Duronto express. While making payments, IRCTC payment gateway page expired and I could not get my ticket. However the fare amount was debitted from my citi card. When I called Citi they gave me transactionapproval code (067964) and asked me to speak with IRCTC.

Both the numbers provided by you are useless. The Chenai number (044-25300000) rings and then someone picks it up and hangs up the same, where as Delhi number (011-9340000) is a number not in use any more /invalid number.

Please let me know whom do I contact regarding this and what would be the contact numbers. Also kindly remove this false information (help line numbers) from your site.
