TDR Amount not Refunded

Sir I have on-line booked ticket through my IRCTC ID ajay3009 for two person (my Father & Mother) from Allahabad to Kishangarh in AC-3rd vide PNR No 6241508694 for date of journey 24.05.2010 and Returning Ticket of Same person from Kishangarh to Allahabad also booked for Date of Journey 31.05.2010 in AC-3rd vide PNR No 2305916895, this ticket was in waiting list at the time of booking, so i have also booked a extra ticket for same person in sleeper class vide PNR No 2305917354 for same date and same train for emergency if AC-3 ticket will not conformed.

but at the date of journey on 31.05.2010 AC-3rd Ticket was conformed after chart preparation, and Passenger was traveled in AC-3rd, and due to chart prepared we can not cancel sleeper class ticket, so there after i was File TDR online for sleeper Class ticket amount refund as per IRCTC Rule. but For a long time of TDR refund process IRCTC e-mailed to me that railway said that passenger was traveled in sleeper class, Sir it is fully false, because Passenger was traveled in AC-3rd, I have also sent both Ticket (sleeper & AC-3rd) to IRCTC by e-mail as per requirement of IRCTC for prove, but there is no refund amount till now and also block my ID on IRCTC, due to this we face many problem.
