Refud of e-ticket money

Sir, I have reserved e- ticket PNR No. 2408719946, dated 16 th July. beacuse of some unavoidable circumstances, i had not able to reach for the train at scheduled time. when i go to cancel the ticket, it had not cancelled. Kindly do the needful to refund my money.
