Website always down till tatkal ticket booking ove

I tried to book railway ticket in tatkal through IRCTC for last one week. Unfortunately it took atleast 15 minutes to just login and after that if you search for trains it shows "Service Unavailable". this thing happen to me everytime i tried to book tatkal ticket. I hope Consumer court should take this matter seriously because most user suffer this problem everyday. This is a fraud going on with the help of software engineers who maintain the server of irctc. If this fraud is unleashed, millions of individual user will get the benifit of this service. For just the greed of few person most people are hopeless of Railway tatkal ticket.
