Amount deducted from SBI account but ticket not issued

On 29 October at 10.30am I was trying to book ticket from mumbai to pune. Due to some system error in the irctc server the transaction failed but amount was deducted from my SBI account.

Refund status of failed transaction:

Transaction ID: 0409537515 Settlement Requested Not Booked Rs 84 SBI Debit

Under this it is mentioned not received from bank but fact is that amount is deducted from bank.

The website is very slow and customer has to suffer.

Please refund as soon as possible.
