Irctc online booking
Cannot see the booked history in Irctc

I have booked one train ticket for May 04 from Chennai Central to Aluva through IRCT Online Booking. Now I cannot see the Booked History and Cannot cancel the Ticket. I want to cancel this ticket as I am not travelling tomorrow.

Please let me know the procedures for cancelling this ticket.
