Efund full amount of PNR NO 6355575155

Dear Sir

I have booked an ticket on 01/04 from Chhapra to New Delhi date

of journey was 12-06-11 PNR Number 6355575155 and Transaction ID

0326470317. But the train was late more then three hus. and passenger

not travelled. I had filled a TDR for refund on 17-06-11 Ref. no. ekt

2011061702729330.

my account showing refund status approved on 16/11 and refund amount Rs. 289/-

But customer care saying full amount refund. becouse train was late more then three hus. and passenger

not travelled.

Pls help.
