USER ID DEACTIVATE

Dear Sir,

I am User of IRCTC past 2 year, i have filed wrongly TDR once time. in feb.about that i have send an email also to IRCTC asked for rectify this error. After 6 month they deactivated my user id. i have booked lot of ticket in my user id and want to cancel some eticket but how can i cancel please help me out. I have send an email care@irctc.co.in but they are not giving me any response.
