Inconvenience due to improper seat

The seat which was provided to me (Seat No -23, Coach No- B3) in Intercity Express, From Indore To Nizamuddin, on 30 May was not proper. This caused a great deal of inconveinience and mental harrasment and physical too. So please look into my complaint and take an action so that in future nobody faces such kind of problem.
