IRCTC Tatkal Booking
Service is Unavailable

Hi,

This is to inform you that i have been facing issues from last 10 days that whenever i am trying to book a Tatkal ticket from IRCTC site in between 8:00 AM to 8:25 AM daily, it is always giving an error message that " Service is Unavailable" after 8:25 or 8:30 AM its start working fine but that is not usful for us because tatkal quota seats got booked in betweek 8 AM to 8:25 AM.

Regarding this issues i had written an complaint to care@irctc.co.in on 15 May (IRCTC #1101869] Ticket Confirmation: Tatkal Ticket Booking Problem) but till date i have not got any response from any official.

So i am requesting you to please look into this and resolve this issues at the earliest. Otherwise STOP this site so that innocent people should not be threated by this service.
