Irctc ticket
Payment has been debited but ticket not generated

Dear sir,

This is with reference to above i have booked a ticket from delhi to chandigarh via Kalka Shatabdi for 8th Feb, while i could not receive the ticket after payment processed and some of amount Rs 455.00 being debited through my debit card of Axis bank.
