Irctc ticket
Accout was debited bt the ticket was'nt generated

I have been booking the ticket with the irctc for nizzamuddin jabalpur express on 5th may my payment was made that is the ticket amount was deited from my bank account bt the ticket was not generated. this is quiet embarasing for the railway management and frustrating for me as i was in urgent need of the ticket.

i would like the management to look into this misdeed and refund me the same amount in my account as soon as possible.
