TDR refund delayed more than 6 month

"Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No.8409514277 has been forwarded to CCM/ECO Railway on 04-Jul. We have already issued Reminders on 15-Sep to concerned railway to chase up the case. But despite reminders refund is yet to be received from the concerned railway. Now we have sent another reminder on 11-October with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway to chase up the cases. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account."

Please do necessary action, for the quick process of the case.
