TDR Not Refunded

Hi

I have booked the Railway ticket @ irctc.co.in on 12-4. The total cost of the ticket is Rs 5400.00 (3 AC) - 4 Passengers. It was a wait listed ticket and after the chart perparation only 1 passenger was confirmed and rest were all waitlisted.

We cancelled our travelling plan and filed the TDR online.

After one month the status shows

Refund Status: Refunded

Refund Date : 30-Jun

Refund Amount: Rs.3442.00

(I HAVE NOT GOT ANY REFUND)

I have checked with my Credit Card bank and as per them they have not received any payment till date. I have been following up with the irctc staff and the way they behave it PATHETIC. I have mailed them several time but only the ticket was created and no action has been taken.

Can anyone let me know the process to escalate or any other way to get my money refunded.

I am tired with the IRCTC people...
