Gas cylinder booking problem

I have been trying to book my lpg cylinder from the above mentioned dealer for the past 1 month, but their phones always go un answered. One has to visit the dealer site for the booking of the cylinder. Pls rectify this problem asap, as it is causing inconvenience to lot of consumers. Many dealers are following this practise so as to make more and more cylinders available in the black market, which earns them a better profit margin. I really dont understand, why our government is not doing anything to curb this malpractise. Probably one reason cud be that most of the gas dealers are relatives of the politicians.
