HI,

This is kundan. My consumer number is 644538. I have taken new connection on 24 th october month. the new stove was fitted in 5th november. Mechanic Harish had come to fit the new gas stove after calling him nearly 10-15 days continuosly. Finally one day the busy person arrives and fits the stove to my suprise the stove is in in bad condition, one of the leg is unbalanced and the steel plate on top of burner is not proper, its also imbalanced . it needs to be replaced. When i brought this new connection, i had brought directly from the WADGAONSHERI PUNE Office by myself.

Now since the stove is in bad condition, Harish asked me to get new stove again from the office, so the problem will be solved.

I do not understand when they do not keep the stove in checked condition or mistake from the agency itself itself why i should bear the pain of going to the office again getting the new gas stove and make continuous call of 15-20 days so that Mechanic comes in and fits the gas stove.

I think they should bring the new gas stove at my mentioned address, ensure everything is perfect. If they want new costumers, first they should try to resolved existing customers problem.

Pleas look into this asap. I am facing problem since a month now.
