Breakage of household goods

Company promised as per consignment note to deliver my household goods from Delhi to Awantipur on 22 Apr by truck no JK02B5264. But it was delivered 3 days later in a different truck with a lot of damage in the goods. Company is refusing to acess the damage and reimburse the loss. Tranport company was paid total amount as per consignment before movement from Delhi.
