Bhanu motors for BCZ exterme

I took my bike on 21st dec from the bhanu motors hyderabad

to my suprise when i took it out from the showroom after the key was handed over the handle was turned to left side,

Immidiately i complained to bhanu motors for which they sain that they cant do anythings as the bike is out from the showroom.

i had to go to laxmi motors which is another dealer for the hero honda in hyderabad where they said that the bracket is bend so it needs to be chaned.i paid 2400 and got all changed.

I had horrrible experinece while the servcing where nthing use to happen apart from the changing of oil.

again when i went to the laxmi motors and tol;d that there is lot of noise from the engine they are telling that the shaft is gone so i need tpo pay another Rs 5000 for the repair.

How can that happen that it has so much of problem .i am just looted with the service and i am not at all satisfied.

Please escalate this and i need the explaanation else i will be froced to go to the consumer court with all the expenses details which is incured to me.
