Cheating by company

I have pruchased a new Maruti SX 4 ZDI model from Jeevan Motors Pvt ltd Bhopal on 13-04 at that time Scratch & Win scheme of Maruti Suzuki india company was effective and Sales person of dealer pormised me to hand over Scratch card in next 1 or 2 days as they have no stock of the same, . till the date I am not geeting the card, Since than am regularly made follow up with Custmore care department of the dealer and their representative Ms Hemlata daily made a promise to deliver the card and on to day she refused by saying that scheme is closed so she can't deliver the same. It may be possible that I would

win a big prize or company people use by scratch card and retain the prize. I have made a comlaint in maruti company but no response from that side.
