I am using a Maruti Alto car for last six years. The car was purchased from the above Dealer at Bhubaneswar. The services provided at the centre at different points of time have been found by me to be quite unsatisfactory and unacceptable. The following major defects of custemers services have been noticed by me.
a) The front line advisers are generally refusing to accept the vehicle for service pleading rush. However when goaded and insisted the same people accept the vehicle
b) The advisers generally give the impressions that they are doing favour to the vehicle owners by accepting the cars for service, even if the services are paid for (at time exorbitant).
The above factors are leading me to loose faith on the brand and I am seriously thinking of changing the brand when I go for another car in the near future.
