Not Paid claimed amount of damaged goods

Hi,

I have shifted my goods from Durg Chhattisgarh to Madhya gram, Kolkata on 18th Nov.

Goods were delivered on 22nd Nov.

While booking person name Rajesh from Kolkata office phone# 09007011983 told me to do insurance of goods & ensured me if any goods are damaged I will get reimbursement of the item in 2days.

However still i have not received any claim amount I kept following with the Kaiser packers for the reason for delay.

I have send pictures of damaged goods & received a reply from Anand Jangra-We are very sorry about damages of your household goods. We have reveiced your mail with photos of damages.

This mail and photos we will send to claim department and they will contact you as soon as possible or will visit at your home at kolkata.

We will try to gave you all expences of your goods damage.

This is for your kind information.

As per our conversation yesterday please find attached images of damaged goods.

In below email I have described about cost.

I hereby put across claim of Rs 70000.

I have shifted my goods from Durg Chhattisgarh to Madhya gram, Kolkata on 18th Nov.

Goods were delivered on 22nd Nov.

While booking person name Rajesh from Kolkata office phone# 09007011983 told me to do insurance of goods & ensured me if any goods are damaged I will get reimbursement of the item in 2days.

As I was engaged in my marriage I could not manage to track the claim.

I have informed the agent “Suyash” (mobile#09891984923) from Durg about the damage than & there he also took picture in his mobile.

Following goods were completely damaged.

• Whirl pool 200 litre single door fridge (I had to replace it)- Rs 10000

• Whirlpool 6.5kg Washingmachin water is splashing from bottom not starting at all. Rs- 9500

• Videocon 32 inch television screen display damaged- Rs 25000

• 5 seater sofaset completely damaged all woods from side is broken it was of sehgoan wood.- Rs 50000

• Mandir top was damaged- Rs 5000

I hereby present a claim of Rs 70000 for the damaged goods, please revert me back by when shall I expect to get back reimbursement against the amount.

I will send across picture of the damaged goods tomorrow.
