Refilled Cylinder Booked on 17.11.2010 not received till date whereas booking done by others after me have got the Reffling of Cylinders

My Consumer No. 507709 in name of Sanjay Kumar Verma r/o. 362-C, Himshikha Cloney Pinjore with Kalkaji Gas Services, Pinjore (Dealer of HP Gas).

I have emailed to Area Sales Manager as well as Cheif Regioal Manager but no response till now and while calling no body is picking up phone in Jind (Cheif Regional Manager's mobile as well as land line i.e. 09355029379 & 01681-254982)
