Delay in delivery

Respected sir,

I had booked a gas cylinder on 19th of june. Generally it comes within 3 to 4 days. But this time they delayed it due to the speculation of price hike. I dont mind paying extra but i need a proper bill. Today on sunday they delivered the cylinder. On the bill old amount was printed and new amount was stamped on it. Please look into it.
