Activation/Deactivation of gas connection

I am a consumer of 5kg Cylinder gas connection from the distributer

/s Karuna Gas Agency, Surendranagar, Nagpur. I use the gas only for the gas gyser. As I stay alone, the requirement of gas is very less. Smoetimes in summer the consumption is up to 9 months per cylinder.

Every time i book my refill, i ger the message as the connection is TERMINATED. Again i have to pay the distributer RS 200 for the inspection and reactivation of the gas connection.

Request IOCL to look into the matter.
