Refund pending after one month

I have booked a ticket from Mumbai - Bangalore and Bangalore - Mumbai for March 9th and 11th. But due to some reasons, i had to cancel the ticket. I am tired of going to Bangalore airport so many times. The reply which i get from this" system problem". Because of this, they are unable to refund the money back. I have never seen such a poor service! Worst Airlines!
