Not issuing connection (transfer case)

Dear Sir/Mam

We have been harrased by this agecy from more than last 02months now. we got transfer from Delhi to Ambala and as per our local area gas agency we contacted Kewal Gas to get transfer connection issued (with all requisit documents were intact). since the day of our first visit to their office, we are receiving this massage by the agency people that they are short of gas regulator.

lot of people facing problem with this agency, also not even a single person is coperative and soft speaking.

i realy would request to either shape up working system of this agency or cancel their registration.

kindly take this matter on priority and seriously.
