I had booked a cyllinder with M/S KHWAJA GARIB NAWAZ INDANE GAS SERVIC . My consumer number is K28020. ON 6-12 date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue.

and they are charging Rs-320. instead of rupees Rs-309.I from every consumer from their godown and

they are not giving home delivery to any consumer Pleas look in to the mater and take necessary action
