KINETIC - K4 (80)
Regarding- NOC from Kinetic Fincap Ltd

Respected Sir,

I had purchase my motorcycle (Kinetic K4 (80 cc)) through loan from Kinetic Fincap Ltd., at Kolkata on 2001.

i had paid all EMI of loan amount and company had forwarded me a final payment money receipts with out

any NOC on dated 23.12.2003

Now there have no existance of the company, there fore i had contact to the delear who had supply the

bike to me, he told me mahindra motors ltd. had purchase the company.

then i contact to mahindra about the case but there have no responce to till date.

please tell me what can i do next.
