Delay in delivery of consumer gas cylinde

I am facing constant delay in delivery of cooking gas refills from this Indane agent.

It takes more than 7 days to deliver and once the refill is booked, it is impossible to follow-up since the booking number is different than the status enquiry number and it is very difficult to get the status enquiry number.

The delivery to the Sarjapur road area is managed by one Manu who is the manager of the godown for KK Enterprises. He has just one number listed and reaching the number is next to impossibe.

Even when the number gets through, Manu will take all the details and foget about it. Getting him back on the line for follow-up is a nightmare.

My grievance is that the agency does not provide service for which it is appointed by Indane and harasses and frustrates customers. Is poorly staffed and has a do not care attitude towards the customers.
