Sir,

i have taken a car loan from Kotak mahindra prime ltd in april loan no was cf 1278210, loan was upto dec i have paid all the installments to them, but when i go to there office at laxminagar for getting NOC, they refuse to give it to me they say that one installment of Jan is pending, when my car loan was upto dec how i can give them extra one installment,
