I Dr.sufia ahmad khan owner of Maruti 800, UP32W2636, Chssis no.2172680, job card no. JC1008251, dated 11/09, SA name RAMBALAK, service type PAID, AFTER SERVICE THEY DELIVERED CAR IN THE EVENING, BUT I NOTED CAR IS BECOMING VERY HOT EVEN VERY SHORT DISTANCE, THEN AGAIN I WENT TO KTL SERVICE CENTER THEY TOLD MOST OF THE MECHANICS GONE, ANY WAY AFTER LOT OF REQUEST ONE MECHANIC CAME AND CHEKED THE CAR TOLD ME PETROL PIPE IS LEAKING, HE MANUPULATD BUT I AM NOT SATISFIED TOLD HIM LEAK SHOULD BE THROUGHLY CHECKED THEN I WILL USE THIS CAR IF ANY THING CAN HAPPEN WHO WILL BE RESPOSIBLE..
THREFORE I REQUEST KTL MANAGING DIRECTOR SHOULD SEE THIS TYPE
SERIOUS SERVICE DEFAULTS TAKE ACTION FOR IT.PLS TELL ME WHAT I CAN DO FOR LOSSES I FACED BECAUSE OF CAR WAS NOT READY TO GO FOR JOB.
