Poor Overall Service, Incorrect Smart Card, Complimentary gift not given, Consumable i.e. Dashboard Polish with Foam not given - Recommend not to purchase your Hyundai Car fro, Kundan Cars Pvt. Ltd., Pune - Pl. do not get lured for the schemes given by the Dealer.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Inspite, of giving you repeated reminders of the poor service rendered by your office; yet again you have proved the same in the form of the Smart Card given to me on 26.07.2011 .

I had gone to collect the smart card of my Hyundai i10 1.2 Sportz BS IV from your Chinchwad showroom on 26.07.2011 evening and to my dismay I have found that the colour mentioned on the Smart card as C Grey whereas the colour of the vehicle is Blushing Red. Do your showroom people suffer from colour blindness or is this the type of service one can expect from a authorised dealer of a reputed MNC car manufacturer? Inspite of giving so many mails on the poor service rendered from your office instead of improving the service, you are going from bad to worse. Even the Flat no. provided to you in the address column is Flat No. 20 whereas the one mentioned in the smart card is Flat No. 29 . How can one claim Insurance benefits on the incorrect address and Vehicle Colour mentioned on the Smart Card? The whole amount must be recovered from your dealership.

Even the earlier complaints given for Dashboard polish with foam which your Bawdhan showroom has promised to give (please refer previous mails) has not been provided so far. The photo frame which was to be provided as a complimentary at the time of delivering the car on 06.05.2011 is not given so far. Is this the type of service one should expect from you? Now I feel that the rating i.e. 4 given to you was just given as a grace for namesake whereas you do not deserve any marks at all. I require the corrected smart card urgently as I can't wait any more (enclosed scan copy of incorrect smart card provided to me). On enquiring with your Chinchwad office their simple answer for the mistakes was that the smart card was issued from Bawdhan. Is this the type of service and answers one has to expect from authorised agents like yours?

Please ensure that all the promises as mentioned above are kept with including a corrected smart card failing which I will have to report this to the highest authority.

This is with reference to the below mail dated 09.05.2011.

At the outset, I would like to thank you for your quick response you have shown in affixing the number plates and the sweet box. But, the following points still remain pending from your end.

1) Difference in Tax Invoice of Rs 4000/- . At present, the attested carbon copy is given. Original receipt is a must.

2) Non-receipt of Tax Receipts

3) Insurance Policy not handed over

4) Dashboard Polish Foam as promised not provided.

5) Photo frame allotted is not yet given.

All the requirements cited in the various mails exchanged, must come from the car dealer themselves and not on requests from the customer, which please note.

Sir, if this is the state at the time of taking delivery of the car, what should I expect at the time of servicing at Kundan Cars Pvt. Ltd.?

3) Number plate not affixed inspite of repeated follow-up and promises from your end that the same will be affixed before delivery date i.e. before 06.05.2011 .

4) Insurance Policy not handed over

5) Dashboard Polish Foam as promised not provided.

6) Offer on the car i.e. Cricket Set not given.

7) On enquiry from your office rep. this morning regarding delivery, service and performing pooja; I was given to understand that a Sweet Box and Photo frame was also allotted, for which I am been deprived of. May I know the reason for such lapses? Has this been sold or utilised for some other customer?

Please look into the matter on priority and please ensure compliance today itself.
