WATER LEAKAGE INSIDE THE CAR ON FLOOR MAT

HYUNDAI CAR (TN-05-AH-3379) I20 HAS BEEN BOUGHT ON THE NAME OF CHITRA DURING THE MONTH OF FEB. WE HAVE NOTICED THAT WATER LEAKAGE HAS BEEN GENERATED ON FLOOR MAT, WHICH WAS INFORMED TO THE SERVICE ENGINEERES OF KUN HYUNDAI SERVICE CENTER OF AMBATTUR INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, CHENNAI, TAMILNADU, INDIA. CAR HAS BEEN GIVEN TO THEM FOR PROBLEM RECTIFICATION ON 04 SEP 2011.

AS PER SERVICE ENGINEERS STATEMENT PROBLEM HAS BEEN SLOVED AND DELIVERY HAS BEEN GIVEN BACK TO ME ON 06 SEP 2011. AND ALSO THEY HAVE EXPLAINED ME THAT THERE IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT ON CAR DUE TO WHICH RAIN WATER STARTED COMING INSIDE AT THE SAME TIME AC UNIT DRAIN WATER ALSO STARTED COIMG INSIDE THE CAR, ON RESULT OF THIS FLOOR MAT GOT WET AND HEAVY WATER FLOW IS THERE INSIDE.

AS ON DATE (11 SEP 2011) WE DON'T SEE ANY IMPROVEMENT, SINCE FLOOR MAT IS WET WE ARE FACING THE SAME PROBLEM. WE ARE TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THIS. SAME HAS BEEN INFORMED TO THE CUSTOMER CAR DURING THE FEEDBACK CALL AND SERVICE ENGINEER ALSO.

WE ARE NOT GEETING ANY RESPONE FROM THEM. KINLDY LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AND PROVIDE US THE JUSTICE. VEHICLE IS SINCE IN WARRANTY PERIOD. (2 YEARS WARRANTY FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE)
