Dear sir, we had booked our hp gas on 4/4/10. we did not receive it for a week. when i called back to them, i was told that they had dilivered the gas on 8/4/10. i have called them five times, but they keep telling me that they have delivered it.i didnt receive it till 30/4/10. i assure you that i havent received the gas. ask them to show me my signature on the delivery slip if they can. i am 100% sure they are selling the gas cylinder at a higher price to someone who hasnt booked it. kindly take strict action against them. consumer no -601707.
