LEO INDIA PACKER and MOVERS (Run by Manoj) took my car on March 23/3 for Bangalore and he did not give until April 17. I made 100 calls to this guy. He did not take calls and so on. I was very puzzled and what to do? I threatened him that I will lodge FIR and then only he gave the care but in very bad condition. He drove for 400 kms. I would like to book this guy and ask for my damage etc. How can I proceed? Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
