I am compelled to inform that the LPG Cylinders are not delivery by the Agency of M/S Manpoong Gas Agency, Tezu since a long time. The agency is failed to provide as per require of the customer and always says that the IOC has not supplied sufficient LPG Cylinders as per their indent or requirement. Being a customer, i am not known actual fact of the matter in between of the Agency and IOC. In this regard, I am requested to authority, may please be provided the information regarding this matter in details. Moreover, it is known to me that Namsai LPG Agency is provided regularly upto Wakro Circle far from 65 kms from Namsai. If Namsai Agency can able to provide the LPG Cylinders to thier customer as per requirement. but why not M/S Manpoong Gas Agency, Tezu is failed to provide the same in regularly and public of this area facing a cute of problems of the shortage of LPG. In view of above fact, I am very serious and compel to complaint against the Agency for need of peoples scarcity. So, your kind cooperation is highly solicited of this matter at early at possible.
