Non delivery of Gas cylinde

The online gas cylinder refill booking was done on dated 16 Sep 11 & booking No is 25383. I am registered with Chahal Gas Agency Sec 70 SAS Nagar and my cosumer No 879. I regret to inform you that even after lapes of 13 days I have not received the refill cylinde. it is requested that necessary action please be taken and I may please be provided with the gas cylinder at the earliest.
