Dear sir,
I am very much surpised to see the behaviour of BPCL.Inspite of my various complaints during last one week on this site. I am not getting any response from you. neither the dealer at Hisaar National Gas Agency nor you are ready to listen to my grivience. I never expected such an irresponsible behaviour from BPCL. If my complaint is not redressed immediatly, I shall be compelled to report the matter to Ministry of Petroleum, Ministry of Consumer Affair and other higher authorities.
