Non delivery of gas even after 20 days of booking

CONSUMER No is 9673.I had booked gas on 28th feb. Fed up with non delivery till date. Despite of my regular complaint to the distributor i have been facing this. Last two months also i had to searc for cylinder in black which was easily delivered... Request you to kindly intervene.
