Non-supply of LPG gas

I booked LPG gas on06.01.2010 on tel. No. 22813932 (Consumer No. 30879) at Prithvi Gas Agency, DDA Flats, East of Loni Road, Delhi. Till today (11.01.10), I have not received the gas. Telephone line 22813931-32 always gives no response. Agency employees can be seen to supply the gas to the shopkeepers in an unauthorized manner. Narendra Pal- 9871267244
