Non delivery of gas

I have gas connection with sarswati gas agency (HPGas) Sanganer, Jaipur from dec 09.They have told me that after one month of delivery gas sycilender will be automatically book and delivered. But after one month no response from them and whenever I make to contact with them through phone they have never receiced my call. I have also book the gas on 21/1/10 but still they have not responding Ihave also visted the agency but they says that tomrrow they can send the gas. It is not fare therefore kindly take the action and same reply me.
