Dear sir,
My family is in village-Kalewal bhagtan Dist: Hoshiarpur, Inspite of several verbal enquiry and request, I am not provided the gas connection booklet, which was taken by agency owner. Secondly, I am residing in Shimla (Defence personal-posted in shimla) agency owner is not willing to speek on phone neither ready to provide gas connection booklet & gas cylinder delivery to my family, i have given my contact details to Mr. Paramjeetsingh (Gas agency-employee) but they are not bothered, Bajrang Gas Agency to deliver the cylinder & their behaviour towards customer service is very poor. This all puzzled me a lot and forced me to register the complaint.
So I request you to ensure the gas cylinder delivery at the right time at our door. Please take a quick action to my request. My particulars are as below.
