I shifted my LPG gas consumer no. 44159 from New Delhi to Noida at Agnihotri Gas Service, Godavari Shopping Complex sector 37, Noida U.P., in the month September. Since then the agency has never supplied refill on time. They are deliberately making people fool and supplying on time to those who book their refill after my booking date.
The recent example, refill was booked on 13-04 over phone wide reference no. 6391 but the supply has not been made till today i.e. 02-05.The cash memo no. given to me is 6705 of dated 24-04 . Despite complaint to the Chief Area Sales Manager Mr. R K Verma through an SMS on 2nd May was brought into notice but so far no effect. The same story has happened in the previous supply when a written complaint was made to Mr. Naveen Makhija, the Sales Officer of the district.
There are unlimited complaints against the said agency but no serious legal action has been taken against the owners so far.
